You are invited to join us to celebrate the sale of 64 Van Buren Street, 174 Hasbrouck Avenue, and 248 Main Street to three first-time homebuyers! These are the Land Bank’s first of many sales of well-designed, truly affordable homes in Kingston. All three properties were vacant when purchased from the City of Kingston in 2020 and have been completely renovated by the KCLB.
